My Story
Everything I teach, I lived first.
I was born and raised in the Bronx, and I've been organizing and leading since high school — first as a community leader at Fitchburg High School in Massachusetts, work that carried through college and was documented in the local press along the way. I studied Management with a capstone specialization in Technology Management, but my real education was learning that showing up for people is a skill you practice daily.
After college I served in the Peace Corps, doing economic development work in Peru — helping entrepreneurs build with what they had. In 2018 I brought that mission home and joined Tip Top Capital, where I now serve as Chairman and Director of Conventional Lending, helping business owners trade expensive short-term debt for capital that actually builds companies.
"The same discipline that builds a physique builds a business. Neither happens by accident."
Outside the office I run a nonprofit scholarship fund in honor of my late mentor, compete as a natural vegan bodybuilder, and make time to dance, read, hike, and ride. This site is where all of it lives: the funding work, the consulting, the podcast, the investments, and the journey.
